What is talent

Talent is ones natrual ability people are born with natrual talents like the power of leadership or certain sports talents however can be developed by someone that doesn't posse it if they learn it from someone who posses that talent. If the person that posses the talent is willing to take the time and effort to teach someone the talent and somebody is willing to learn it. The effort put forth but each person will ultimatly determine how fast or slow the talent is passed on.
