What is love?
What do i feel love is right now in my life... I feel love is something that can never be explained some of us could spend our whole life looking for it. Few will ever find it. Some of us read books about some of us pray for it. And i laugh about it because it's right in front of us.

How to get over mental hindrances or blockages in your life
1. Intellectually
What if scenario
Let's say you want to buy a car for $100,000 the first thought that probably comes to your mind is
"I can't afford that!"
Well here is the what if scenario method.
How about changing it to "How can I afford a car for $100,000"
Then you mind shifts and you start thinking
"What if I cut back on going out?"
Then you can start thinking
"How can I cut back on going out?
The rabbit hole goes on forever or to you have the new car. This is what our friend Albert was talking about :-)
2. Spiritually
Zen meditation
Zen masters explain this as a reaching state of enlightenment sit in the lotus position focus on your breath and breath in and out. Breath in and out using a 1/2 ratio for example when you breath out count from 1 to 10 then when you breath in count from 1 to 5 always count half, when you breath in then when you breath out. You get led astray by your thoughts however, always come back to counting your breath. Practice for at least 30 minutes everyday and your hindrances will break away all by themselves this is zen meditation.
Guided meditation
Sky is the limit with these you can find a bunch of these on youtube. You must have a good imagination and a open mind.

Original Ideas
So I have been working on this side project for a while now. How to come up with original ideas for books songs movies etc.
1. One way which i have yet to try is to isolate your self in a room for a whole day and just write down every idea that comes to your mind. Even if it's stupid it's called mental exercise i believe imagine doing it for a week.
2. Do stuff you never did before because that is how you learn the most and you might see something that will trigger something in the future.
3. Exercise get the blood flowing studies have showed that when your blood is running fast you think better.
4. Make goals etc........more to come soon
